In an attempt to replicate a Folgarelli's Deli (NW Michigan) classic, tonight's menu featured "The Godfather" – crusty ciabatta bread, toasted, layered with fresh pesto, and topped with thinly sliced prosciutto, capicola, pepperoni, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic.
